Notification of Intellectual Property Infringement

Upon receipt of a valid notification satisfying statutory criteria, Matrix Notes will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged material or disabling access to the infringing content.
Requirements for Submitting a Valid DMCA Notice
To expedite our review and ensure immediate compliance, your written notice must include substantially the following information:
- Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the Copyrighted Work: Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the Infringing Material: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, along with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (specifically, the exact direct URLs on https://matrixnotes.in).
- Contact Information of the Complaining Party: Information reasonably sufficient to permit Matrix Notes to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and valid email address.
- Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of Accuracy under Penalty of Perjury: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your material that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law (such as fair use under educational provisions), you may send a written Counter-Notice containing the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material.
- Your name, physical address, telephone number, and email address, along with a statement of consent to applicable jurisdiction.
If a valid counter-notice is received by the Designated Agent, Matrix Notes may forward a copy to the original complaining party informing them that the removed content may be restored in 10 to 14 business days unless legal action is initiated.

Matrix Notes maintains a policy that provides for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of site access, publishing privileges, or user accounts of contributors who repeatedly violate copyright laws or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
